Rb1 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using rb1's services. By registering for or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out below.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and rb1 ("Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the rb1 platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other device — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the rb1 platform. Continued use following the publication of any amendments will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms apply to all users accessing the rb1 platform from Malaysia and are governed by the laws in force in Malaysia. Users must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform.
Account Creation and Security Responsibilities
To access the full range of rb1 services, you are required to register and create a personal account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your account details remain current at all times.
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Owning more than one account may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without prior notice. rb1 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time using valid official documents.
You are fully responsible for all activities carried out under your account. You must:
- Keeping your password and login credentials confidential.
- Notifying rb1 immediately should there be any unauthorised access to your account.
- Not sharing your login credentials with any third party.
- Not accessing another user's account without valid written authorisation.
Rb1 is not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to comply with the account security responsibilities outlined above.
Rb1 Platform Usage Rules
You agree to use the rb1 platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with the rules set out herein. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological means to access or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Engaging in fraud, misrepresentation, or any action intended to deceive the platform or other users.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Disrupting the platform's technical operations or attempting to breach rb1's security systems.
- Sharing or reproducing platform content without prior written consent from rb1.
Rb1 reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension or closure, and legal action where necessary — against any user found to be in violation of these rules.
Payment Information and MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the rb1 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports a variety of local payment methods, including DuitNow, Boost, and online bank transfers through major Malaysian banks.
By making a deposit into your rb1 account, you confirm that the funds used are legally yours and are not derived from any unlawful activity. rb1 reserves the right to request proof of the source of funds before processing transactions that exceed certain limits.
Withdrawal of winnings will only be processed to the same account or payment method used for the deposit, except in specific circumstances approved by rb1. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take anywhere from a few minutes to several business days.
Rb1 is not responsible for any additional fees or charges imposed by your bank or payment service provider. All promotions and bonuses are subject to separate rollover requirements, which should be reviewed before use.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The rb1 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. rb1 does not guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, or secure from all threats. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, rb1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this platform.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, graphics, rb1 brand names, and software on this platform are the exclusive property of rb1 and are protected under Malaysian copyright law. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of these assets without prior written consent from rb1.
Third-Party Links
The rb1 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not under rb1's control. These links are provided for convenience only. rb1 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Access to third-party sites is at your own risk.
Account Suspension and Closure
Rb1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or at the request of the relevant authorities. Any valid balance remaining in the account will be returned in accordance with rb1's internal procedures once all investigations have been concluded.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
Rb1 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you remain compliant with the latest version of these terms.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be interpreted to the maximum extent possible to reflect the original intent of the parties, while the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
